Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped in 1 business day after being processed and normally takes an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

Erentals and other electronic products

Erentals and other electronic products are not refundable for any reason, and we do not prorate an eRental price based on date of purchase or the amount of usage.

Printed Course Packets and Books

Our printed course packets and custom books may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. They must be returned in their original condition and in their original unopened packaging with your receipt at your expense. The original shipping charges for your order are not refundable.

Packing and Shipping Your Return

Pack your item securely and enclose your receipt. Please also include your name, address, telephone number and email address, so we can contact you. Please ship to the address below at your expense. Be sure to use a traceable shipping method such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx ground, or UPS ground since we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. Please ship your return to:

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once we receive and process your return. Refunds are made in the form of the original payment method. An email will be sent to you confirming the refund issuance.

Cancellations

You may cancel any item which has not yet entered our shipping process via email or telephone. Please include your name, address, item ordered, and your order number. We cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for orders that have shipped prior to your cancellation request.
